Ok under the cashout link, my name was in green. Is that the green message you are talking about? Anyways I cashed out and I haven't gotten any email asking for my address. Any idea how long it will take before they send the email? I know payment will take like a couple of months, not sure why it can't be faster. I emailed and asked them, but they aren't answering emails.
